Old, compacted or contaminated insulation lifted, bagged and cleared out so the loft is ready to work on again.
Loft insulation installation
Fresh mineral wool laid between and over the joists to the depth you want, cut in tight around pipes and downlights.
SuperFoil and batten & board
Multi-layer SuperFoil fitted to the rafters with battens and boarding over the top for a warmer, usable loft space.
Raised loft boarding, hatches and ladders
Loft legs raised above the insulation, decked out in boards, plus new hatches and folding ladders fitted properly.
